Hey, for what it is, it's not too shabby!
Overall, I don't have any complaints, the song flowed well, mixing is at least decent, and song progressed nicely. Of course, it could use some polishing up, with some post production, this could really be a banger.
Tips for mixing/mastering:
EQ - The first thing I'd do if I got my hands on this track is to EQ all the instruments. Give the drums more punch, and make it so the instruments aren't fighting over the same real estate as much. this will clean up production a ton.

I see potential here, so I'm going to scout you for the audio portal. Your posted audio will now appear in the Audio Portal, and will get a lot more exposure. Follow the rules and you're set!

Mzkzoz responds:

Thanks. A lot of thanks

I will try to make possible that request.

By the way, do I have to do all the EQ in GarageBand? (It's just... A bit impossible to easily do it) I will give it a try.

Wait... Are you saying that you have scouted me?? I just can't believe it...

I'm just... so happy right now!

Hey, I seen your message in the review req club.
When mixing, you're gonna want to make sure that
1) your levels aren't clipping (which they aren't here, so that's good)
2) you're gonna want to eliminate frequency overlap as much as possible. When two sounds being played at the same time, the frequencies that both share will have to compete with eachother. Too many frequencies overlapping makes a mix sound muddy.
3) have fun, play around with effects. At the end of the day, using a compressor isnt going to help you unless you know what it does, how it works, and what situations it would be helpful in!
You could live 100 hundred years and still be learning stuff, you'll never know everything about production, so keep that in mind, and keep learning! be curious, try to figure stuff out on your own, and when you can't, Professor Google knows all, or ask a friend, or shoot me a message etc... Keep at it, and eventually, you'll get to the point where you're able to say "yeah, I can mix". You'll always feel inadequate, as there's no such thing as a "perfect mix," but that's okay!

I think what you have here is solid, and all things considered, is probably a lot better than my 12th track was :p
Oh, also, I scouted you for the audio portal, which basically means your songs will get up on the main page when uploading them (so you'll get a lot more views)
Keep it up, I like what I hear so far :)

dirkwha responds:

Wow!! thanks! i'll try out that frequency thing next time.

When the FL default drums are good enough to actually use them 😭
Good job, I like it. :)

MewoDaCatboy responds:

Thanks comrade! And that's true, FL's default samples are pure epicness.

Also i'm working on the sang version

LOL I think I used the same sample in my song Synth1!
Idk what you're doing uploading this as your first track, cause it's way better than mine :p

MewoDaCatboy responds:

Heyy! It's not my first music actually, it's the third one i made on LMMS, the others are on Youtube!

Fun fact! Pixel Pulsar was released before this one!

Hey Gougou!
Long time no see :v
Hoping you are well, and I'd love to catch up.
Despite you saying this was "quickly released" This is really nice!
I love the atmosphere, it's so... peaceful and fulfilling <3
My best

Gougou responds:

Thanks for the comment! I am doing well, just not into making music that much anymore.

I'm not sure how long you've been making music on LMMS, but this is solid.
The buildup from 00:07-00:26 was really hype, and then the "drop" of sorts was underwhelming, I'm not sure what you were going for there, but I'd tone down the build up a bit, as it felt like we were about to get brutalized and then the song just kept on going lmao. Same with 1:50. It's cool, and transitions are always fun, and I'm not saying it's bad. I am just trying to give actual feedback instead of saying "nice track" with 4 stars lol. I'd say you want the change to be proportional to the buildup, for the most part. So a big 8-bar buildup with risers, kick build, etc sets up the expectation of a really big change. All in all, no major complaints! A bit more mixing/mastering would polish this up nicely, but that comes with lots and lots time.
I like it! and keep up the good work m8 :)

MewoDaCatboy responds:

Thanks for that constructive review, I think i'm gonna make a second version later!

Ah yes
The dry punchy drum mixing on LMMS
Nicely done :)

MewoDaCatboy responds:

Thanks comrade^^

Ah, remind me to make a really heavy metal track for lobotomy levels :p
Just using what sounds like mostly stock LMMS sounds, you've done well!
good luck getting whitelisted by Rob :o

MewoDaCatboy responds:

I got whitelisted btw!! Also, my musics really improved since i started using vsts like Serum (my bbg), you should check out my windows xp remix, it's my best music in my opinion

What do you use as a DAW?
I think I first heard your stuff when you started uploading, and... I'll just say that you've improved t o n s!
Whenever I listen to your more recent uploads, I am surprised at how good the mixing and sound design is. You seem to have found your groove, and you're rockin' that shit man.
No major complaints, this is 🔥 and I could deffs see it in a GMD level!
Deffs givin some sort of Acid Notation vibes here
Idk what the silence is at the end, if it's intentional, or you just let one of your tracks run for an extra 30 seconds, but that's an easy fix

Keep it up Oko :)

okogd responds:

Hello, I'm using fl studio now, and I started with fl studio mobile. And the 30 seconds at the end, it's because of the incorrect rendering setting.
